Mariano Capellino emphasized that “Detroit presents a great opportunity. Today, it is possible to acquire real estate at 300 US dollar per square meter while the replacement cost is 800”. Capellino also spoke about Argentina, considering that today there are other attractive markets to invest in due to the current high construction costs in the country. He mentioned Spain as one of the most interesting markets to invest in as there is a high potential for revaluation with current rentals providing suitable returns.
