We operate as a Real Estate Investment Management with more than two decades of experience and presence in different markets of Europe, USA and Latin America, including Madrid, Miami, Detroit and Mexico City.

Founded in 2001 by a conglomerate of families for the purpose of making real estate investments, our evolution has been driven by significant achievements. We specialize in structuring and managing customized direct investment vehicles for UHNWI families, Family Offices and financial institutions. At Inmsa, we implement Distress, Opportunistic and Value Add investment strategies in the United States and European countries.

Research: Market Analysis
We conduct an in-depth analysis of the institutional framework, the macroeconomic situation and the microeconomic real estate situation of the markets. This approach allows us to identify genuine investment opportunities, taking advantage of the market cycle.
Management
We offer professional and comprehensive management including planning, finance, accounting, tax, real estate, quality processes and risks. In addition, we have information systems which provide reliable reports to support our operations.
Development
We create tailor-made investment programs that are aligned with the interests and risk profile of each investor.

Acquisitions
We have extensive experience in the primary market, participating in the creation and acquisition of debt portfolios (NPLs) backed by real estate collateral. We also stand out in the acquisition of portfolios of foreclosed assets in financial institutions and auctions, achieving significant discounts with respect to the market value.

Prior to each acquisition, we perform a thorough due diligence of commercial, urban, legal, technical, financial and fiscal aspects, to measure the risks and ensure the success of the business plan.

Mariano J. Capellino
CEO

Mariano Capellino is a founding partner of INMSA. He currently leads the institutional, strategic and executive management of the company, with more than 20 years of experience and offices in different markets of Europe, USA and Latam: Miami, Detroit, Madrid and Mexico City.

Mariano Capellino holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA at IAE Business School.

He was part of a Global Immersion Program at Harvard Business School and at University of Virginia – Darden Graduate School of Business Administration

Small and Medium-Sized Companies Management (IAE). Postgraduate degree in real estate asset management IE Spain. He is a coach at Conscious Business Center, International Organizational Coaching for Leaders. Program taught by Fred Kofman. Member of CEAPI (Consejo Empresarial Alianza por Iberoamérica) Member of Círculo Inmobiliario Español. Member of the Argentine American Chamber of Commerce of Florida. Member of the United States-Mexico Chamber of Commerce. Member of Spain-US Chamber of Commerce. Founding member of ASEA – Association of Entrepreneurs of Argentina. Gerardo A. Lozano
Chief Operating Manager

Gerardo A. Lozano is the Chief Operating Officer of INMSA and he is in charge of the Investment Management area and the Internal Administration and Finance area.

Gerardo Lozano is a Certified Public Accountant and has participated in several Real Estate training programs at IAE Business School. He is also an active member of the IAEF (Argentine Institute of Finance Executives).

Silvina Capellino
Director of Investor Relations Cono Sur

Silvina Capellino is the Director of Investor Relations South Cone dealing with qualified investors.

She has studied Real Estate Business Development Management at Universidad de San Andrés and has attended different training programs oriented to real estate investments at IAE Business School.

Carlos Rincón
Director of Investor Relations USA

Carlos Rincón is the Director of Investors Relations in USA dealing with qualified investors. Previously, he was an operations manager leading real estate development projects at MP Service Group.

He worked as Investor Relations VP for Latin America at Lloyd Jones Capital. In Venezuela, he worked as a financial advisor for Citibank International Financial Services and was in charge of the relationship with qualified investors.

Carlos is an economist graduated at the University of Zulia – Venezuela.

Adrián Franck
Director of Investor Relations México

Adrian Franck is the Director of Investor Relations in Mexico dealing with qualified investors. He has more than 14 years of experience working in banking institutions.

He worked for Grupo Hedeker as an International Investment Advisor, being responsible for the growth of the client portfolio with international investments; and for HSBC, in charge of value propositions for high income, advance and premier clients.

Adrian is an Industrial Engineer with an MBA in finance. He holds an MBA in Industrial Engineering.

Scarlet Zurbaran
Asset Manager

Scarlet Zurbaran is an Asset Manager at INMSA.  She has more than 18 years of experience in research and management of real estate projects.

She is a Civil Engineer from Universidad Nacional Experimental de la Fuerza Armada, Venezuela, (UNEFA), with a degree in Public Works Engineering specializing in Civil Construction from the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports of Spain. In addition, she holds an Executive Master in  Business Administration from EAE Business School. She has been awarded a degree in Expert Witness in Asset Valuation from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED).

Santiago Rodrigo
Operations Manager

Santiago Rodrigo is an Asset Manager at INMSA. He is in charge of the management and administration of assets.

Previously he was responsible for the Management of Shared Services at Ezentis group developing vast experience in the construction industry. Santiago holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires and an MBA from Torcuato Di Tella University.

Diego Anzótegui
Finance and Administration Manager

Diego Anzótegui is the Finance and Administration Manager at Inmsa. He is responsible for the financial and administrative management of the company. Previously, he worked in similar positions for companies such as fintech, credit cards, brokerage firms, microfinance, thus developing vast experience in the finance sector.

Anabel Freitas
Property and Facility Manager

Anabel Freitas is a Senior Property and Facility Manager responsible for the control and follow-up of Inmsa´s operations. She is an expert in urban planning, finance and real estate law.

She is an architect graduated from Universidad Experimental Simón Bolívar. She also conducted a postgraduate course on urban planning at Esneca Business School and attended advanced courses on finance and took part in a Real Estate Finance Program at Instituto de Estudios Inmobiliarios Financieros.

María Florencia
HR Manager

María Florencia Chareun has been the HR Manager at Inmsa since 2023. She is in charge of the Human Resources department of the company. She has worked in different areas of human resources and in various organizations, which gives her the flexibility to understand the complexity of the business world and its dynamics.

Florencia holds a degree in Industrial Relations from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE). She has a master’s degree in Organizational Development from ITBA and has participated in several training programs related to leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Rafael De Arco
Chief Technology Officer

Rafael De Arco is a Chief Technology Officer who leads the company’s transversal digital transformation projects by implementing technological automations to improve the internal management of investments.

He worked in Argentina as a Software Architect Lead at the multinational company DXC Technology. He worked as a Software Development Leader for Telefónica, Movistar, Movilnet and Corpoelec.
