Under the title “What phase of the cycle are we in?” the 4th Meeting of the Real Estate Sector in Spain was conducted in Madrid, organized by IESE Business School, University of Navarra.
Several topics have been discussed during the activity, such as the challenge posed by new residential property developments, HOUSING AFFORDABILITY, the CONTRIBUTION MADE BY THE REAL ESTATE SECTOR TO SOCIETY, THE FINANCING PROCESS WITHIN A SCENARIO OF MAJOR CHANGES and HOW SOCIETY TRANSFORMATION HAS IMPACTED ON THE REAL ESTATE SECTOR.
Professor José Luis Suárez was the Academic Director of the Meeting and Mariano Capellino, CEO of INMSA, and Ignacio Larraza, Spain Asset Manager at INMSA, were also present.
One day before, the 125th Forum on Investment of the Private Investors Network and Family Offices of IESE had taken place, where 10 investment projects were presented, which turned out to be very innovative, proving that the current situation of the market is undergoing a full process of recovery.
